Upon booking a repair online, one of our technical representatives will contact you to arrange a suitable time, to come to you, inspect and repair your faulty appliance.

Please note that we need to inspect your faulty appliance thoroughly to establish the actual fault and provide you with an exact quotation for the repair. We offer a fixed and affordable repair cost, meaning that our technicians will provide you with the best possible quote (labour and parts) and not add any hidden fees to your bill.

Should you only require a fault diagnosis and quotation, and do not wish to proceed with the repair or service of your appliance, an inspection fee of R 500 will be applicable to cover the technicians’ time and travel.
